Nine To Five is our first video to reach 50,000 views on YouTube! This was an awesome day at Bear. They had received 6″-12″ of fresh snow. We spent most of the day in Bow Canyon off of chair 8.
The snowboarder is Alex Appelbe. It was shot with the GoPro HD HERO Camera at 60fps by Alex Appelbe and George Brooks. Editing was done by David Meador. The song is Gorilla Meat by Jogger off the album This Great Pressure.
Here is a teaser video of Louie Vito training at The Otsego Club with the U.S. Snowboarding Team in Gaylord Michigan.
Louie Vito was training for the Dew Tour and X Games along with Gretchen Bleiler, Greg Bretz, Ellery Hollingsworth, Kelly Marren, Kaitlyn Farrington, Zach Black, Matt Ladley, JJ Thomas, Ben Watts, Steve Fisher, and Simon Dumont.

Filming took place December 1st, 2010 at Bear Mountain, California. As you can see in the video it was a beautiful sunny day. The park at Bear was surprisingly good this early in the season.
David Meador took care of the camera and editing. It was filmed with the HVX200 and the GoPro HD cameras. The GoPro was used for follow cam off the jumps, and getting low and high angles that were difficult with the HVX. It was a lot of fun capturing Sean’s talent on film!
We are excited to announce that this Friday, January 14, we will be heading to the Otsego Club in Gaylord, Michigan to film the United States Snowboard Team! They are coming to Otsego to train in their famous O Park and 22’ Monster Pipe. As of now the roster includes Gretchen Bleiler, Louie Vito, Greg Bretz and skier Simon Dumont.
Not only will the United States Snowboard Team be there but there will also be two cool events going on: The SO-GNAR Mighty Midwest Snowboard Camp Tour and Middle Earth Snow Series.
Since all of our videos are free and we receive no financial support from sponsors we are asking our viewers to help out. We need to raise $280 by this Friday. The money raised will cover travel, lodging, and production expenses. Please take a minute to donate $1, and tomorrow treat yourself to a regular coffee instead of the usual $3 orange mocha frappuccino
Thank you so much for supporting the production of another video!
